The objectives established are to:
- Identify competences for employability of 16-25 years old Catalan youth according to the perspective of companies. Identify competences to reduce the structural factors that diminish the possibilities of employability of the same youth.
- Analyze if and how the typologies of competences identified are developed through the career development practices implemented in educational centers of Catalonia.
- Design a guide for employability addressed to 16-25 years old Catalan youth and a guide to improve employability of 16-25 years old youth through career development processes developed in Catalan educational centers.
