During the first term of 2015, a National Workshop is carried out in each of the 5 EU country partners (Germany, Holland, Spain, UK and Italy). In the case of Spain, the workshop is held on the 13th of March 2015, in Huelva. Huelva is an Andalusian province (Southern Spain) with a renowned experience of a circular migration programme between Spain and Morocco.
The seminar, the title of which is “Moroccan Circular Migration in Spain: Challenges and Future”, gathers experts and main stakeholders (government, political parties, labour unions, trade unions, NGO). Its main goal is to identify National policy recommendations.
