Enrollment and Fees

Once you have completed the online application, the IDEM Academic Committee will evaluate your application and you will receive an answer within the period established in the admissions calendar. If you are admitted to the PhD program you should enroll for the first year in person at the UAB Doctoral School within one month from admission.

Please note the following:

-  Enrollment is by appointment only, so we suggest you make the appointment as soon as possible (as there is usually high demand). You can make the appointment at this link. (“MATRICULA 1R CURS DOCTORAT”). 

-  For students who have not done the MAREB, among other documents, it will be necessary to bring originals and copies of the diplomas and academic transcripts of the Bachelor's and Master's degrees. If they are issued by institutions in countries outside the EU they must be legalized via diplomatic channels or, where necessary, via the Hague Apostille or the Andrés Bello Agreement. Enrollment for the second and third years can be done online by self-enrollment (normally October-November). All the information and procedures can be found at this link.
 

FEES: The enrollment fees are approved every academic year. As a guide, here you can check out the fees for the year 2018-19.
