|Andreu Turró (Research Fellow and Scientific committee member)|
|Serra-Hunter fellow at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) Department of Business. Previously, he worked as an assistant professor at the Utrecht University School of Economics (the Netherlands). He received a Ph.D. (International Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Management -IDEM) from UAB. He has a double degree in Business Administration and Market Research by the UAB and a Master in Marketing Management by ESADE Business School. His research is focused on conditioning factors for corporate entrepreneurship from a quantitative analysis. He published several academic papers in this research field. Currently he is participating in various Spanish and international projects on this topic. His web page.|
|Sebastian Aparicio (Research Fellow)|
|Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Researcher of the Department of Business at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). He received a Ph.D. (International Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Management -IDEM) from UAB. He has a Bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad de Antioquia (Colombia), a M.Sc. in Economics from Universidad EAFIT (Colombia) and a M.Phil. in Applied Research in Economics & Business -MAREB- from UAB. His research is focused on conditioning factors for entrepreneurial activity and its effects on economic growth and development. He has various academic papers in this research field. |Tatiana López (Research Fellow - Faculty of Economics and Business)|
|Assistant professor of the Department of Business at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and is currently studying the International Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Management -IDEM at the UAB. She is an Economist and hold a M.Sc. in Administration from EAFIT University (Colombia). Her research focuses on the study of the impact of institutional dimensions on entrepreneurial activity in different contexts, through a quantitative analysis. In addition, she is also interested in the analysis of the influence of education on the entrepreneurial intentions of university students. She has several scientific publications in this field. Currently participates in various international projects and is a member of the technical team of the CIEU. Her web page.|
|Maria Noguera (Scientific committee member)|
|Head and Professor at l’Escola Universitària de Turisme i Direcció Hotelera at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). She received a Ph.D. (International Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Management -IDEM) from UAB. Her research areas are focused on entrepreneurship, especifically on those environmental factors affecting female entrepreneurship from the institutional approach. She has various academic papers in this research field. Additionally, she has been part of Centre d’Iniciatives Emprenedores (CIEU) since its foundation, participating activelly in new business creation projects. Her web page.|
|David Urbano (Director)|
|Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Business (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona-UAB). He has a Ph.D. (European Doctoral Programme in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, UAB/Växjö University -Sweden), a M.Sc. in Social and Cultural Anthropology (UAB) and a B.A. in Economics (UAB). His research is focused on the analysis of conditioning factors to entrepreneurship in different contexts, using the institutional approach as theoretical framework.
